Document Publisher is a personal-use utility operated solely for the owner's own document publishing and synchronization workflow.
Use
The application may be used to publish selected local documents to a Google Drive target controlled by the owner. The owner is responsible for selecting the local source and remote managed target.
No public service
Document Publisher is not offered to the public and provides no service-level warranty or availability commitment.
Data and account control
The owner remains responsible for Google Account permissions, synchronized content, backups, and revoking access when the application is no longer used.
